By signing up for My Laundry Hamper service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Minimum Order Size

There is a $20.00 minimum charge for all laundry orders. Dry Cleaning items do not factor into the minimum charge rate. Minimum charge rate applies only to the household laundry part of the order.

Damaged Property

My Laundry Hamper follows the standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.

Although, we try as hard as possible track such items, we are not responsible for loose items in pockets or bundles of garments (i.e. jewelry, watches, cash). We request that customers empty pockets prior to putting laundry out for pickup as we can not be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (Lipstick, Gum, Pens, etc.). My Laundry Hamper liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.

My Laundry Hamper will not be responsible for any reparation beyond $100, even if the order costs over $10.00 to process. Any single item will not be valued beyond $50.00 for reimbursement.

Discounted Dry Cleaning Prices

Discounted dry cleaning prices are only available to customers who sign up for Plan A (2 pickups/week) or Plan B (1 pickup/week).

Turnaround Time

Service days and turnaround time vary by location. We do our best to adhere to our schedules but due to special circumstances, there may be delays in picking up or returning orders. My Laundry Hamper assumes no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.

Missing Items

Please report any missing items from your order to customerservice@mylaundryhamper.com within 24 hours of delivery. My Laundry Hamper not responsible for any missing items reported after this time.

Missed Pickup Charge

A $10.00 missed pickup fee can be applied if laundry is not left out on the designated pickup date.

Welcome Kit Deposit

The Welcome Kit consists of one or two laundry bags (depending on your needs), a dry cleaning bag, a "special attention" bag, some stain cleaning tips, and preprinted Special Instructions sheets. If you need one, we'll also provide you with a plastic tote to protect your clean laundry from nasty weather. We do require a $20.00 refundable deposit for all Welcome Kits just to cover the initial costs of the tote and laundry bags.

My Laundry Hamper reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any point and/or cancel or refuse service to any customer.
