  2. On pickup day we come to your house.
  3. We take away your dirty laundry and dry cleaning.
  4. We bring it back to our state-of-the-art environmentally friendly facility.
  5. We wash or dry clean it just the way you want.
  6. We bring it back folded, professionally packaged and ready to be put away.

  • Let us know where we should pick up and then drop off your laundry.
  • Enter your billing information.
  • Create a custom MLH laundry profile and tell us exactly how you want your laundry done.
  • Show me a sample profile

We'll contact you within 24 hours to...

  • We'll give you a a call or send an email to schedule a time to meet so we can answer any questions that you may still have about how MLH works.
  • We'll also provide you with the MLH Welcome Kit which includes MLH laundry bags.
  • We'll review your MLH Laundry Profile.
  • We'll confirm your pickup and drop-off schedule.

The night before pickup...

Each week going forward you will receive an email the night before your laundry day reminding you to put your laundry out for pickup. The next day our driver will collect your laundry and dry cleaning and bring your laundry and dry cleaning to our secure laundry facility. Before our MLH attendants begin washing your clothes they will review your MLH Laundry Profile to check for any changes to your preferences and to look special instructions.

We do your laundry...

Your laundry will be separated, washed, and dried according to the preferences you set up in your MLH Laundry Profile. Any clothes you tell us need "special care" will be cleaned or dry cleaned just as you specify in your MLH Laundry Profile. And if you've included dry cleaning, rest assured that these items will be cleaned using our eco-friendly process.

Please know that your clothes will never be mixed with another customer's clothes.

Boxed? Folded? Rolled?

Once your laundry has been cleaned we hang it, box it, fold it, roll it - according to the preferences you choose - and then store it in a secure location while it awaits return delivery to your home.

And back it comes

On "delivery day" your wrapped clothes will be returned to you, along with clean MLH laundry bags, by our courteous and helpful MLH drivers. If you're not home to receive your clothes, our driver will leave them where you tell us to. You can set up the drop-off spot at your first meeting with your MLH representative.

If at any point you will be away for business or on vacation, just send us an email letting us know when. We'll suspend your pickup/drop-offs during that time and start them up again once you've returned. There is no charge for missed weeks.

Now the best part! Relax! Take the kids to the beach, read a book, do anything but laundry and enjoy the peace of mind and free time that comes with letting us do it for you.
